Shikha Goyal-Allain


Shikha Goyal-Allain is a director and relationship manager in Silicon Valley Bank’s Corporate Banking division. Based in San Francisco, Shikha is a trusted partner to some of the world’s most innovative late-stage and public technology companies within the consumer internet sector. Shikha understands that to sustain and accelerate growth, these complex global enterprises face new challenges at every turn; her goal is to help her clients optimize their capital structures and treasury functions so they can seize the next opportunity. Her expertise includes strategic guidance around different types of debt financing, treasury, foreign exchange and asset management solutions.

Shikha has been providing quick, nimble banking solutions to midmarket companies throughout her career. Since joining SVB in 2017, she has worked closely with a portfolio of late-stage consumer internet companies as their primary point of contact. Her passion for technology and innovation first brought her to San Francisco in 2015, when she joined City National Bank as a senior credit officer. She launched her career in 2008 at the Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto, where she served as a senior relationship manager working with midmarket commercial businesses across Canada. Shikha holds both a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Mumbai, as well as a master’s degree in business administration from Western University in Ontario, Canada.

Shikha champions efforts to connect highly talented, diverse executives with open board of director positions in the technology ecosystem, and actively participates in SVB’s partnership with theBoardlist. She has also served as a board member and head of partnerships for the Golden Gate Mothers Group. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and son. Together, the family enjoys hiking, biking, skiing and spending time at the beach.
