Dandan Ye
The team led by Ms. Dandan Ye serves venture-backed innovation companies in TMT (technology, media and telecom), life science and healthcare, enterprise software, advanced manufacturing, hardware/chips and cleantech. Dandan and her team provide clients with unique, flexible venture debt and financing solutions to meet their needs in areas of operations, investment, M&A and privatization.
Dandan joined Silicon Valley Bank in 2012 and participated in the preparation and establishment of SPD Silicon Valley Bank (SSVB), the first technology bank established by Silicon Valley Bank and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, as well as the local operation of the joint venture bank.
Prior to SSVB, Dandan joined Citigroup as a management trainee in 2005. As regional Senior Vice President of Sales, she provided comprehensive financial services including credit, financial advisory and M&A financing for large local, public companies in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hangzhou. She also provided equity and debt capital market services for Chinese companies at Citi’s Investment Bank Group in Hong Kong SAR.
Ms. Dandan Ye holds a bachelor degree from Jinan University in Guangzhou.
