Alison Killilea

Alison Killilea is a Managing Partner at SVB Capital. Alison joined SVB Capital in September 2022, where is she is responsible for leading Secondary investments and driving strategic growth initiatives in Secondary opportunities.

Prior to SVB Capital, Alison was a Partner & Managing Director at W Capital Partners where she spent 14 years and was integrally involved in the leadership of the firm. Alison was a member of the investment team responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing secondary investments by offering creative liquidity solutions for private market investors. Alison also managed several W Capital portfolio investments and held board seats at Alida TXM, CollegeNet, and Fios. During her tenure, Alison also focused on the firm’s capital raising efforts for W Capital Partners III and IV raising $1.2 billion in committed capital. Prior to W Capital, Alison spent six years in investment banking at Robertson Stephens and Piper Jaffray while based in the Bay Area.

Alison graduated from Middlebury College with a bachelor’s degree and earned a M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Today, Alison lives in Rye, New York with her husband and two children.
