Previously, Michelle was at Charles Schwab for nearly 20 years and most recently served as the senior vice president of Institutional Services Marketing. As a member of the senior management team responsible for business-to-business enterprises, she oversaw advertising, brand management, leadership and advocacy initiatives, digital marketing, social media marketing, events marketing, field marketing, marketing automation platforms, and client communications. Michelle saw Charles Schwab grow from 3,000 to 14,000 employees and managed a team of more than 50 marketing professionals in four regions. Michelle also served as a director of Investor Services Segment Marketing, and vice president of Advisor Services Marketing Programs, developing marketing strategies for both the retail side of the business as well as the institutional side.
Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and has completed NASD licensing for Series 7 and is a brokerage principal under Series 24.
