Diane Mullen is a director of integrated marketing strategy for Silicon Valley Bank (SVB). She leads marketing strategy and planning to support SVB Capital and SVB’s investor-focused commercial banking teams across Global Fund Banking, Venture Capital, Emerging Managers, and Corporate Venture. Diane joined SVB in 2011 and has supported various commercial banking teams and markets, from startups to later-stage and public companies, as well as the investors supporting the clients.
Diane’s career spans more than 20 years in financial services and management consulting. Before joining SVB, she held several director-level positions in marketing and strategic planning for Fidelity Investment’s Institutional Advisory Group, serving Registered Investment Advisors and Personal Investments brokerage business. Additionally, Diane was a principal at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), consulting to clients that include Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, AOL and AT&T. Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University.
When not working, Diane is the lucky mom to four children — two human and two feline — and enjoys dancing and singing, staying fit outdoors, traveling and giving back to her community.
