Max Froseth

Max Froseth, Managing Director with SVB's Strategic Capital Group, focuses on growth investments in the venture-backed technology and innovation space. Prior to joining SVB in 2013, he was a senior associate with Rothstein Kass (Acquired by KPMG) specializing in audit and advisory of private equity and hedge funds.  

Max has led over 50 mezzanine debt and convertible note transactions since joining SVB's Strategic Capital Group in 2015. Helping optimize the capitalization structure of fast-growing technology businesses is something Max has done with high performing companies such as: SentinelOne, Beyond Meat, Harness.io, Icertis, Shield.ai, and Plaid to name a few.

In addition to serving his valued business clients, Max lends his expertise and heart to Big Brothers Big Sisters and Best Buddies organizations. 

When he’s not on skis, spokes or on the job, Max enjoys traveling and spending time on the beaches of North Carolina with his wife and two daughters.
