Katie Ratliff

Katie Ratliff is a senior relationship advisor, working with the Sponsor Finance group where she assists clients in the technology and healthcare spaces. She joined the bank in 2016 as a client service advisor, assisting clients in the bank’s Global Fund Banking group.

Katie uses the knowledge she has gained throughout her years at SVB to elevate clients’ service experience and provide seamless interactions for account onboarding, account and service maintenance, fraud prevention and mitigation and day-to-day account inquiries. She enjoys supporting her clients by troubleshooting and providing an environment of solutions and care.

SVB recognized her service with the It Takes Two (Sometimes More) Award for Tech and Healthcare Banking in 2021. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University.

Outside of the office, Katie enjoys time with her husband and two young sons. Together, they spend time boating in the warmer months and trips to the sand dunes in winter. She enjoys watching her sons swim and play baseball.
