Kara Kersten

Kara supports clients through every stage of their banking relationship. She assists with account onboarding, service maintenance, fraud prevention and day-to-day banking inquiries while delivering responsive and client-focused experience.

She joined the bank in 2020 and has supported clients across multiple functions, including Card Services and Client Onboarding. The experience she gained in those roles enables her to provide seamless support and serve as a trusted resource for her clients. She is passionate about building relationships, understanding her clients' unique needs and helping them find solutions that support their goals.

Kara earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Arizona State University, where she developed the communication and relationship-building skills that continue to guide her approach to client service today.

Outside of the office, Kara enjoys traveling with her husband, discovering new destinations both domestically and internationally and exploring national parks. She also enjoys playing pickleball, taking road trips and spending time outdoors.
