Stephanie Sier

Stephanie Sier is a manager, relationship advisors, for Silicon Valley Bank in Chicago, Illinois. She leads a team of relationship advisors covering Software and Internet and venture-funded portfolios with a focus on mid and late-stage technology companies. Stephanie joined Silicon Valley Bank in 2014. She is passionate about helping her team foster relationships that set the bank apart from other banking organizations and guiding her team towards strategic thinking for the future. Stephanie delights in being a part of the bank’s own growth story as it evolves. She received the Silicon Valley Bank Annual Peggy Bork Client Care Award in 2019.

Before joining Silicon Valley Bank, she worked in retail banking as a branch manager for a community bank, managing consumer and small business relationships. Stephanie earned her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
