Shawn Repulles is a seasoned Fintech and Global Payments specialist with over 15 years of experience supporting venture backed companies early-stage to established public companies. At Silicon Valley Bank, he leads national business development for the Fintech & Crypto sector, advising clients on fundraising, treasury solutions, innovative financing solutions, API- based payments, and connectivity across the broader Fintech ecosystems.

A recognized thought leader in the space, Shawn is known for building and strengthening strategic relationships with fintech and crypto innovators, leveraging his industry insight and expansive network to drive growth and accelerate innovation.

Before joining SVB, Shawn spent eight years in real estate, managing an investment fund and originating loans. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active with his two sons—whether it’s on the soccer field, out for a run, or exploring the outdoors.
