Robin Gill

Based in New York City, Robin Gill manages Global Fund Banking’s private equity relationship team for Silicon Valley Bank.

He and his team provide banking and debt financing solutions for these firms and their funds, based on a deep understanding of their needs. In addition to providing tailored solutions, he and his team are dedicated to making connections and providing relevant advice and insights to private funds CFOs, COOs and partners.

Robin brings more than 25 years of financial services experience to his role across several positions at SVB. Prior to his current role, Robin was responsible for managing SVB’s technology banking team in New York City. Earlier in his career, he served as senior vice president and market manager for City National Bank, where he started and built their New York technology banking practice.

Robin earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
