Mike Tramack

Mike Tramack is head of loan administration for Silicon Valley Bank and serves on the leadership team of the commercial bank, a division of First Citizens Bank.

Mike, alongside a team of experienced credit officers, manages the bank’s credit risk through expert credit decisioning, strategic underwriting guidance, and portfolio management governance.

Mike joined Silicon Valley Bank in 1998 and has held leadership roles across relationship management and credit solutions, including most recently serving as Credit Risk Manager for SVB’s growth-stage technology portfolio. His previous roles include Senior Market Manager for Credit Solutions and Head of Structured Products for the west coast.

He has been instrumental in fostering talent at the bank, including previously heading the Associate Development Program, a lending training program for bankers seeking careers in the innovation economy. Mike is passionate about enabling SVBers to grow and develop in their careers and has enjoyed working with many graduates of the program.

A native of Nashua, NH, Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from Stonehill College and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Boston College.
