Mandi Paul

Amanda “Mandi” Paul leads a relationship team supporting late-stage and public companies. In her role, she oversees a group of Relationship Advisors responsible for managing deposit relationships across the Corporate Banking and Sponsor Finance divisions. Mandi takes pride in building high-performing teams, fostering a culture focused on accountability, collaboration and delivering consistently a strong client experience.

A passionate people leader, Mandi is deeply committed to coaching and developing talent. She takes pride in empowering her team with the tools, clarity and confidence needed to succeed, while driving a client-first mindset in every interaction.

Mandi joined SVB in 2019 and brings more than 30 years of corporate banking experience spanning multiple global financial institutions. Her background includes trade finance as well as international and domestic banking, giving her a broad perspective on complex client needs. She is recognized for her strong organizational discipline and ability to navigate challenges with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.

Mandi holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte. 

Outside of work, Mandi enjoys traveling and has visited more than 50 countries.
