Luena Lamani

Luena Lamani is a senior relationship advisor for Silicon Valley Bank. Her role is focused on serving innovative Canadian commercial banking clients in the Hardware and Frontier Tech, Software and Internet, and Life Science and Healthcare sectors. Luena’s deep understanding of each sector’s landscape and life cycle enables her to provide her clients with personalized banking support, guidance and advocacy to meet them where they are now — and in the future as their companies evolve and grow. She has impeccable knowledge of the bank’s traditional banking services with specific expertise in deposit and cash management offerings. Luena welcomes new clients to the Silicon Valley Bank family and listens carefully to their banking objectives, providing guidance to the services, features and digital solutions that will help them accomplish their banking goals. Additionally, she supports existing clients with day-to-day deposit account support and offers recommendations on products and services that offer additional convenience, such as online banking and bill pay, e-statements, remote banking, remote deposit capture, fraud protection and more. Luena enjoys being part of the Silicon Valley Bank community and is passionate about helping her clients to grow through banking opportunities.

Before joining Silicon Valley Bank, Luena was a North American region account manager for IsQI Inc. (the International Software Quality Institute), a global certification and testing provider for software testing professionals. There, she developed and maintained plans, strategies and goals for the North American sales team. Luana also led sales operations, ensured compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for business promotions and created close partnerships with sales analysts and the global sales team. Before that, she was a personal banker with Bank of America and earlier, an assistant branch manager and business banker for Citizens Bank. Throughout her career, Luena has received acknowledgement from her peers and leadership for the entrepreneurial approach she takes to her work and the contributions she has made to process improvement. She is fluent in Italian and Albanian.

Luena is the mother of two daughters (and two dogs). Outside of the office, she loves to travel, cook, read, sail and ride horses>. Luena is also a competitive skier.
