Kim Dalpe

Kim Dalpe is manager of a team of relationship advisors who support late-stage and public companies for Silicon Valley Bank. She is based in Newton, Massachusetts. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Kim leads a team of 10 relationship advisors who manage deposit relationships for the bank’s corporate banking and sponsor finance divisions. Kim enjoys coaching and providing development opportunities for her team members, leading them to future success in their careers and ensuring each team member has the tools and knowledge to present strategic support to the bank’s clientele. She is passionate about service excellence and enjoys working closely with the innovative companies she serves.

Kim joined Silicon Valley Bank in 1996 in a client service role, where she was responsible for a client portfolio of more than 300 technology companies. She left the bank for a period of time and returned in 2009 to take a relationship advisor position, helping to manage the bank’s New York corporate banking portfolio. In addition, Kim developed and expanded relationships to increase Silicon Valley Bank’s presence in the market.

While most of Kim’s career has been with Silicon Valley Bank, she also worked as a realtor and in an administrative and operations role for the Mashpee Fire Department. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management and operations from Fitchburg State University.

Kim and her husband have been married for 25 years. She is the proud mother of two sons (and owner of a dog named Chewy). Outside of the office, she enjoys exercise, golfing and watching her sons play the sports they love.
