Kendra Leigh Perlitz

Kendra Leigh Perlitz is a managing director at SVB Capital, responsible for investor relations, operations and new business opportunities, including capital formation and product strategy. She partners with current and prospective limited partners to develop their investment strategy, targeting the global innovation economy and functioning as an extension of their team.

Prior to joining SVB, Kendra was the vice president of Capital Formation and Investor Operations at Top Tier Capital Partners, a venture capital (VC) fund of funds located in San Francisco. Before Top Tier, Kendra joined McKesson, the largest provider of distribution and technology solutions within the healthcare industry. After completing McKesson’s CFO training program, she became a senior manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Prior to McKesson, she worked at iRhythm Technologies, a venture-backed healthcare startup in San Francisco. Before business school, Kendra worked in client services at Hall Capital Partners, a San Francisco–based investment advisor.

Kendra graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in human and organizational development with leadership effectiveness and a minor in economics. She also received a Master of Education in organizational leadership from Vanderbilt and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Kendra is a Silicon Valley native and currently lives in San Francisco with her husband and two children.
