Head of Relationship Management
Jack Gaziano is the head of relationship management for the corporate banking team at Silicon Valley Bank. He joined the corporate finance division in 2009 where he is responsible for working with public and later-stage private clients, primarily in the eastern U.S., structuring senior debt facilities for general working capital purposes, capital restructurings and acquisition financing, as well as advising them on strategic direction and global cash management issues.

Prior to his current role at the bank, Jack was the head of product advisory for six SVB offices on the East Coast, serving as the sales manager for investments, cash management and international activities. During 2004-2005, he acted as the national sales manager for the asset-based lending groups. In 2000, he joined SVB as a senior relationship manager in the commercial finance division in the East.

Prior to joining SVB, Jack was employed for more than 12 years at State Street Bank in the commercial lending group, most recently as the department head for the New York region, financing middle market companies with a portfolio of approximately $250 million.

Gaziano earned bachelor’s degree in American History and Italian from Middlebury College, Middlebury, Vermont. He also holds a master of business administration (MBA) degree from Boston University, and he is a licensed securities representative, holding a FINRA Series 7 license.
