Arianne Perry


Arianne Perry is a managing director in the Venture Capital Relationship Management Group at SVB in New York City. With 15 years of experience in the NYC startup, venture and finance communities, Arianne provides general partners with tailored financial services, industry insights and strategic guidance, including portfolio company support, platform strategies and creative liquidity solutions. She works across a variety of technology sectors, including climate and sustainability, consumer tech, fintech, enterprise and frontier tech.

Prior to joining SVB, Arianne was COO at Cleancult, where she focused on high-growth business strategy, product development, team building, margin expansion and operational excellence. Before that, she was co-founder and CEO of Sweet Defeat, a high-growth CPG company, where she managed and motivated a team of more than 30 people and was solely responsible for P&L accountability. Earlier in her career, Arianne worked at companies such as JPMorgan and Google, developing and nurturing her financial and investment expertise.

Having been a founder and operator for nearly a decade, Arianne serves as an advisor and thought partner for investors and their portfolio companies.

Arianne has an MBA from Columbia Business School and earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, where she served as the captain of the cross country and track and field teams and won seven Big Ten championship titles. A lifelong athlete, Arianne is a former U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier in Track and Field and a sub-three-hour marathon runner.

Arianne is a proud wife and mother who served for many years as a Minds Matter mentor and is now actively involved in her son’s Montessori school community. In her free time, she likes to read nonfiction, golf, run, ski, surf, hike, travel and spend time outdoors.
