BOSTON - Silicon Valley Bank (the "Bank"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Silicon Valley Bancshares, will co-sponsor MASS Opportunities: A Biotechnology Investment Conference - the third annual Investor Conference hosted by the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council (MBC). The conference will be held at the Hilton Boston Logan Airport in Boston on October 30-31.

The conference will include seven investor panels, showcasing 24 biotech companies. The panels will discuss the opportunities and challenges facing biotech companies in the current market. Roundtable discussions will also discuss maximizing the value of technology through partnering and trends in biotech investing.
