Tyler Dean

Tyler Dean is a Senior Vice President on the biopharma & dx/tools practice for Boston and the greater Northeast. He and the Life Science and Healthcare team provide insights, advice, venture financing and banking solutions to help as companies scale from Series A and beyond.

Tyler has worked within the banking industry since 2017 and has been at SVB since 2022, holding a variety of roles focused on capital markets, relationship management, and venture debt financing. Before joining SVB, Tyler held roles at JPM in Arizona and New York City.

Originally from Rhode Island, he graduated from Brigham Young University in Utah with a degree in finance. When he’s not busy supporting the most innovative companies in the world, he enjoys restoring 90’s era Japanese cars and mountain biking.
