Kelley Henry


Kelley Henry is a vice president of portfolio management and operations in the emerging fund manager practice group at Silicon Valley Bank. Her responsibilities include driving implementation of projects and programs to engage client and emerging manager ecosystem relationships, as well as aligning initiatives and strategies with the broader business development practice. Kelley is passionate about problem-solving, bringing process to chaos and finding solutions to challenges that require an eye to scalability.

Before joining SVB, Kelley was a director with SoGal Foundation/SoGal Ventures in New York, a global platform for underrepresented entrepreneurs. Kelley’s accomplishments included building organizational strategy and scalable processes from the ground up, as well as leading business development that resulted in tripling the company’s financial resources. Additionally, Kelley held associate positions with Work-Bench Ventures and Draft Design, an interaction design consultancy that serves startups.

Kelley graduated with two bachelor's degrees from the University of Texas at Austin in business management and theatre and dance. She also earned an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Outside of the office, Kelley enjoys musical theatre, singing, writing and running.
