Katie Ratliff is a relationship advisor for Silicon Valley Bank, working on the corporate banking, Software and Internet and Life Science and Healthcare teams. She is located in Tempe, Arizona, and joined the bank in 2016 as a client service advisor. Katie uses the knowledge she has gained throughout her years at Silicon Valley Bank to elevate clients’ service experience and provide seamless interactions for account onboarding, account and service maintenance, fraud prevention and mitigation and day-to-day account inquiries. She enjoys supporting her clients by troubleshooting and providing an environment of solutions and care.
Silicon Valley Bank recognized her service with the It Takes Two (Sometimes More) Award for tech and healthcare banking in 2021. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University.
Outside of the office, Katie enjoys time with her husband and two young sons. Together, they spend time boating in the warmer months and trips to the sand dunes in winter.
