Jo Gladstein

Jolinda “Jo” Gladstein is a managing director, relationship advisors, for Silicon Valley Bank. Located in the San Franciso Bay Area, she leads a team of relationship advisors responsible for technology and wine banking for venture capital and private equity clients in the western and central US, China and global gateway countries. Jo joined Silicon Valley Bank in 2012 and has created engagement and operating models that align to the strategic vision of the bank while ensuring exceptional client experiences. Jo is passionate about her role, its constant evolution and how it supports innovation with companies that will change the world.

Before joining Silicon Valley Bank, Jo was a vice president and regional client service manager for First Republic Investment Bank. Over her career, she has worked in many areas of financial services where she traded stock funds, led teams in wealth management and was a portfolio administrator — all with the common thread of building trust and relationships.

Jo earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with minors in rhetoric and communications from The University of California, Davis. She has volunteered for many years at the Meadows Livingstone School in San Francisco, whose mission is to educate African American children to reach their full academic, social, emotional and creative potential.
