Jeff Shapiro

As a Director and Head of Payment Facilitation within the Embedded Payments team of Treasury Management and Liquidity Services, Jeff Shapiro brings more than 20 years of experience in payment processing for payfacs, merchants SaaS platforms and banks.  As part of a team of driven, forward-thinking individuals, he leads payment facilitator practice with some of the largest payment providers in our fintech ecosystem. He is dedicated to increase our clients’ probability of success through payment processing solutions for innovators, enterprises, and technology companies shaping our future. He also has a strong focus on supporting clients’ complex omni-channel payments strategy initiatives.

Prior to her joining SVB, He spent time at Wells Fargo, Citi, Chase Paymentech, Vantiv and Capital One, focused on client success, operations, product, strategy, growth, payments, implementations, relationship and account management, retention, and operations. He is regularly engaged as a speaker at various industry and client events.  

In addition to his leadership role, he is an accomplished military veteran previously serving in the United States Navy. Jeff lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is an avid cyclist, skier and dad.
