Jade Andrew Viray

As a relationship advisor, Jade serves as the primary point of contact for commercial banking clients, helping them manage their day-to-day banking needs while delivering a high level of service and responsiveness.

He partners closely with relationship managers and internal teams to onboard new entities, maintain account structures and support treasury management solutions such as online banking, cash sweeps, wires, ACH services and liquidity management.

He assists clients with account maintenance, signer and ownership changes, documentation reviews and regulatory requirements while ensuring requests are completed accurately and efficiently. He also proactively researches and resolves complex client issues, coordinates with operational partners and provides clear guidance to help clients navigate banking processes.

Jade’s strength is building strong client relationships with an understanding of each client’s needs and identifying opportunities to improve their banking experience. As always, his goal is to deliver timely solutions, create operational efficiencies and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle.

Jade obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance from San Francisco State University.

When he isn’t helping clients succeed, Jade spends his time playing basketball, spending time outdoors and taking his dog to new places to explore.
