Dekel Mahatzri

Dekel’s role at SVB is to serve as a trusted financial partner to founders and finance leaders in healthcare. His focus is on understanding their business, challenges and growth plans to help them access the right capital and banking solutions. He stays closely connected to key stakeholders across the ecosystem to keep a pulse on industry trends and bring relevant insights and value to his clients and network.

Previously, he worked at Bank Leumi USA as a VP Relationship Manager where he supported VC-backed tech companies (early-stage to IPO).

Dekel received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shamoon College of Engineering, and he received his Master of Business Administration in International Business from Lincoln University.

When he’s not helping founders build successful companies, Dekel spends his time cooking for his family and riding his Peloton (a new hobby!). Dekel is a proud husband and father of two lovely, and lively, kids.
