Cynthia Brooks-Manson

Cynthia Brooks-Manson is a senior relationship advisor on the technology banking team for Silicon Valley Bank. Cynthia works in the fast-growing Austin, Texas, branch for the central region, guiding new and existing portfolio clients. She opens and maintains accounts and provides services to enhance the growth of the businesses she serves. Cynthia assists relationship management teams with the delivery of complex product solutions and brings highly personalized service to her portfolio clients. She is passionate about her role in the success of her clients’ journeys. Cynthia joined Silicon Valley Bank in 2000. 

Cynthia has more than 40 years of experience working in banking and financial services with companies that include Wells Fargo Bank, Norwest Bank (acquired by Wells Fargo Bank) and Franklin Federal Bancorp. Throughout her impressive career, she has gained valuable knowledge of the industry, working as an assistant branch manager, call center supervisor and account representative for business and consumer clients and supporting high-level investment officers. Cynthia has a Series 6 Securities License. 

Cynthia earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and teaching from Prairie View A&M University, where she is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. Cynthia has taught in the children’s ministry of her church for 30 years and volunteers to supply food, clothing and other essentials for the needy in her community.
