Brian Foley
Brian is a market manager and one of the leaders of SVB’s National Fintech practice. He is in charge of both relationship management and warehouse lending for fintech. Brian joined SVB in 2019 and has over 20 years of experience in structuring and executing warehouse, asset-based securities and other structured products.
Previous to SVB, Brian spent seven years at Macquarie Group as a managing director in their Credit Markets Division. Prior to that, he was a director at Bank of America.
Brian earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He also earned an MBA in Financial Engineering from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2021, Brian was awarded the SVB Core Values Award, a distinction that recognizes SVBers who go above and beyond in their practice of SVB values.
Brian lives in the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his wife and two children. He enjoys running, having completed 9 marathons, as well as a dedicated passion for Bruce Springsteen’s music and rooting for the Cleveland Browns, Guardians and Cavs.
