Caitlin Cloud

Caitlin Cloud is a senior relationship advisor on the Software and Internet team for Silicon Valley Bank in Tempe, Arizona. She joined the bank in 2018 to serve emerging growth companies in the Texas and Arizona markets and has more than 150 clients in her portfolio. Caitlin is responsible for onboarding new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and carefully ensuring that all her clients — new and existing — have the right products and services and fraud prevention strategies in place. She is passionate about building strong connections with her clients and helping them achieve their banking goals for growth.

Caitlin began her career as an investment professional, serving retail investors at the Vanguard Group where she guided clients through advanced mutual fund and asset investment discussions and executed trades and orders. She held several roles at Vanguard, including chief of staff, supporting the Arizona retail senior leadership team and as an information center associate with a department leadership role. While at Vanguard, she gained valuable experience in relationship management and client service, financial strategy, risk management and operations management.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Arizona State University and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 certifications.
