Account Labels

Account Labels can be used to group accounts together based on a common label (also referred to as a "tag"). This can be useful for clients with tens or hundreds of accounts and need to select similar accounts to generate reports or administer access.

Activity Center

The Activity Center is where you can see recent activity initiated from within Digital Banking. If you have scheduled future-dated or recurring transfers or corporate payments, they will appear and can be managed in the Activity Center. Your account transaction history is NOT visible within the Activity Center. To find transaction history, navigate to the account and click on the Transactions tab, explained in this video.

Recipients (corporate edition only)

Recipients are used when sending ACH and wire payments and can be stored for future use in the Recipients List feature. Recipients can be set up with information for ACH, wire or both and be created from an uploaded file while creating an ACH or wire batch.

Secure Access Code (SAC)

SAC codes are eight digit codes that are sent to your SMS-enabled mobile phone or email address on file when Multi-Factor authentication is required when you login on a new device.

Secure Access Token

A token is a six-digit cypher that is used in two-factor authentication. It is required when approving payments in the Corporate Edition. Learn more about tokens here.

Subsidiaries (corporate edition only)

Subsidiaries are used when your organization has multiple entities, each with a unique TIN, that you can send corporate ACH or wire payments from. This features is managed by SVB Private and is set up based on your onboarding paperwork. If you would like to have subsidiaries added or removed, you must contact your Relationship Manager or Cash Management Advisor.

User

A User is the instance of a person logging into the system. A user has a username, password and unique contact information. In Corporate Edition, Users are managed in conjunction with User Roles (below), but in Business Edition, access entitlements are set at the User level.

User Role (corporate edition only)

A User Role is a collection of users that share the same access entitlements to accounts, features and payment limits. User Roles are set up by Administrators within a company and Users are assigned a User Role when they are created. Learn more about managing User Roles.
