Enabling Touch ID or Face ID on iOS

11/10/19

Touch ID and Face ID are available on the Apple iOS mobile applications. This feature allows users to log in to the SVB Private Mobile Application with a fingerprint or using Apple's facial recognition technology, Face ID.

In order to utilize this feature, you must have already set up Touch ID or Face ID on your iOS device. To check this, go to Settings and search for Face ID or Touch ID and select the appropriate option. Learn more about Face ID from apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208109
