Allison Baird is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in wealth management, retirement, banking and asset management businesses. Ms. Baird joined the Company in June 2016 as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Client Development. In February of 2019, she was named Senior Vice President of Products & Solutions where Ms. Baird was responsible for developing and implementing client-focused solutions that help individuals and businesses meet their goals and objectives. In January 2020, Ms. Baird became Head of Marketing and is responsible for all aspects of Marketing, Advertising, Branding, Public Relations and Client Development programs for SVB Private.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Baird served in a variety of marketing and product leadership roles at Fidelity Investments in the institutional broker-dealer, RIA, retail high net worth and retirement businesses and at TIAA supporting its wealth management and advisory business.

Ms. Baird began her career on Capitol Hill where she was a professional staff member on the Committee for Small Business and managed policy for US Representative Ronald K. Matchley of Rhode Island. Ms. Baird received her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her Masters degree from Georgetown University.
