Enrollment & first time login


To request access to the Wealth Access Portal, speak with your advisor who can request that an invitation email be sent to you.

Invitation emails are sent from with the Subject Line “Welcome to Your Wealth Access Portal.”

If you are expecting an invitation email, please check your junk or spam folder to ensure the message was not accidently marked as spam. We recommend you add to your address book to ensure delivery of future notification emails.

From the invitation email, click on the “Set Up Account” button to begin the process. You will be asked to:

  • Choose a password
  • Set up security questions
  • Complete additional details for your profile

Once complete, you will be able to login to the Wealth Access Portal. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to your email address.

Expired invitations

Invitations are only valid for a set period of time, at which point they expire and must be resent to you. If your invitations has expired, reach out to your advisor or call the Concierge Desk at (888) 322-2120.
