ACCOUNT WATCH UPDATES

The default view of Account Watch is organized by account type and currency.

If you have more than 10 accounts, Deposit and Sweep, Credit, and Card Admin accounts will be rolled up and totaled by currency. Non-SVB accounts will be rolled up by currency, but not totaled.

Ledger Balance has been re-named to Prior Day Balance. You have the option to view your Current Day or Available Balances.

You can rearrange the order of your homepage sections and create a custom view of your accounts.

Drag a section up or down to re-order your homepage based on what's most important to you.

Tips for Customizing

You can create an unlimited number of groups regardless of account type.

All your accounts are listed on the left column. You can drag over one account at a time or drag over by account type or currency.

Choosing Accounts

To add an account to a group, drag it over and drop it in the green target zone.

To remove an account from a group, drag the account to the left and drop it anywhere.

Organizing and Labeling

Enter a label for your group. You can reorder your list by moving accounts up, down, or between groups.

ACTION ITEMS

The Action Items section includes direct access to all wires awaiting approval, as well as access to status details for the last 14 days of wire activity.

WIRE Search and Filter

You can filter by payee name, debit account (by name or last four of the account number), amount range, and date range.

The payee and debit account fields work together to help you hone your search immediately. If you select a payee you will only see the relevant debit accounts and vice versa.

FULL WIRE DETAILS

Review all the details of an individual wire from the homepage before approving.

APPROVE AND REJECT WIRES

You can choose which wires to approve and reject in one flow. You can select individual wires or select all.

OUTGOING WIRE STATUS

Click on a row to view more payment details and available features, depending on wire status.

WIRE TRACKING INFORMATION

View expected delivery date and tracking information, like SWIFT or Fed Reference numbers. You can also export a PDF of key payment details to share with your payee.

Edit or Cancel Wires from the Homepage

Here you can edit or cancel wires that are scheduled or are still awaiting approval.
