Kevin is currently a Vice President with SVB’s Strategic Capital Group focusing on providing venture debt solutions for technology and innovation companies in the New York City metropolitan area; with a particular focus on consumer internet and enterprise software businesses. He joined the group in 2018 after spending nearly six years providing structured senior debt options to the same target market. In that time, Kevin has closed over 100 debt financing transactions totaling over $1.5Bn in loan commitments, most recently managing a portfolio of 25 clients consisting of $170MM in commitments and over $65MM in loan outstandings. Kevin also spent time in London with the Bank’s UK branch helping to mentor and develop members of the structured finance team focused on the UK and broader European markets.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY. He currently lives in New York City with his wife Kassie. Outside of work, Kevin is a passionate sports fan and avid golfer. In 2012, Kevin combined his academic acumen and passion for professional baseball in co-authoring the econometric analysis, Team Production Function and Player Shirking in Major League Baseball.
