Ivette Lepe

Ivette Lepe is a vice president on the Global Gateway Latin America (LATAM) practice at Silicon Valley Bank. In this role, she helps provide LATAM entrepreneurs and investors with connections, best practices and the resources they need to be successful. A natural relationship builder, Ivette is endlessly curious about the role companies can play in catalyzing significant, scalable change in the world, and she is dedicated to leveraging her skills to help them succeed.

Based in San Francisco, Ivette has almost a decade of experience in international business development; marketing; and sales for startups, multinational corporations and government agencies. Prior to joining SVB in 2022, she worked as a director of global partnerships at Liquidity Club, an associate partner in partner relations at NewCo and a trade and investment representative of business alliances at ProMéxico — Mexico’s San Francisco–based trade and investment agency. Before moving to the Bay Area, Ivette held roles at J.P. Morgan, Salesforce and Siembra Mobile Inc. in Mexico City. She is also a member of Latinas in Tech and an advisor for Prospera, an organization that advances Latina economic empowerment through leadership development and business ownership.

Outside of work, Ivette is an avid adventurer and music lover who can often be found exploring the outdoors of Northern California or seeking out live bands in dive bars and unique venues.
