Arwen Casuga

Arwen Casuga is a senior relationship advisor on the Software and Internet team with Silicon Valley Bank in the San Francisco Bay Area. In her role, Arwen builds strong relationships with her portfolio clients and, by understanding their goals and objectives, provides strategic banking solutions for their lifecycle stage that deliver now — and in the future. In addition to providing ongoing advice and support to clients, she assesses their risk-related transactions, provides fraud mitigation and manages cash flow and operational needs. Arwen most enjoys contributing to her clients’ success and learning about their industries and the innovative products and services they are developing. She is excited to provide a variety of options to help solve problems as a trusted resource to her clients.

Previously, Arwen was an office manager for a startup company, where she wore many hats as the business grew; she was responsible for human resources and operations, events and more. Earlier in her career, Arwen was a branch client advisor for SVB and before that a retail manager.

Arwen is a long-time volunteer with One Step Closer Therapeutic Riding in Morgan Hill, California, which offers therapeutic riding and other equine-assisted therapy to individuals with physical and emotional disabilities and to US veterans recovering from the traumas of war.
