Armando A Argueta


Armando Argueta is a Vice President in the Early Stage Practice for Silicon Valley Bank in the San Francisco Bay Area. He specializes in managing client relationships with early stage founders of technology companies in frontier tech-sectors, enterprise software, and consumer internet.

Armando’s passion for working with businesses was born from watching his grandfather and later on his mother, an active entrepreneur launch numerous companies over the last 25 years. Watching his mother manage her businesses inspired Armando to work with and serve other entrepreneurs alike. His passion is to advise founders and play a vital role in strategic planning, structuring financing opportunities, and implementing key milestones.

Armando graduated from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business with a Master’s in Business Administration and received his Bachelor of Science degree from San Francisco State University in Business Management Studies.

Outside of work, Armando supports his local community through various mentorships and undertakings. In addition to his charity efforts, Armando enjoys life at home, spending time with his wife and children, is an avid foody, traveler, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
