Andy Kelly is a managing director with Silicon Valley Bank’s venture capital group. Andy oversees the company’s relationships with many top-tier venture capital and private equity firms.
In his efforts within the investor community, Andy is focused on building and managing strategic relationships with each firm and its individual partners to ensure that SVB is providing the best possible insights, guidance, products and services to the firm and its portfolio companies.
Prior to joining SVB, Andy was the general manager at Voxer, one of the leading venture-backed messaging applications globally. In his role, he managed all of the company’s finance and operations, as well as business development. Before Voxer, Andy led the M&A efforts for QuinStreet before its IPO, and held a variety of business development and venture roles at Microsoft.
Andy earned a BA in History from Yale University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Outside of the office, he sits on the boards of US Speedskating and the Bay Area chapter of the American Red Cross, is a competitive oarsman, and spends as much time as possible with his wife and son in Marin.
