Joe Werner
Joe Werner is a Relationship Manager with Silicon Valley Bank’s Accelerator team. He manages relationships with and provides venture debt financing to consumer internet, advertising technology and software start-ups throughout the Silicon Valley.
Previously, Joe was in SVB's Private Equity Services team and managed banking relationships and provided debt financing to top venture capital and private equity firms throughout California. Joe began his career with SVB in 2005 as a credit analyst. Since joining SVB, Joe has held increasingly senior roles with stints on SVB's Hardware and Corporate Finance teams. Prior to joining SVB, he worked as a client relationship associate at US Trust’s New York office. In that role, he was responsible for managing day-to-day client needs.
Joe holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in business administration with an emphasis in finance from St. Mary’s College of California.
