Rich Jaffé is Senior Managing Director, Wealth Relationship Management for the New York Metro region. Mr. Jaffé oversees wealth management strategy and operations in the New York Metro area, and leads business development in the region. He also drives talent recruitment in the region, enhancing SVB Private’s ability to deliver integrated banking and wealth management solutions to clients
Mr. Jaffé has more than 30 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining SVB Private, he served as Head of High Net Worth Client Strategy at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he led a team responsible for delivering wealth management solutions to the firm’s most complex clients. Prior to that, he was Head of Private Banking North America and Regional Manager of the Mid-Atlantic Region at Credit Suisse. His previous experience also includes regional leadership roles at JPMorgan Private Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston, private wealth management at Goldman Sachs & Co., and Partner at Miller Investment Management.
Mr. Jaffé received his bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College and his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
