Meghan Van Dusen Spear is a Director and Head of Business Development for KLS, A Division of SVB Private. Ms. Spear joined the firm in 2020 with over 20 years of financial services experience. At SVB Private she is responsible for designing and implementing all business development programs for KLS and the Family Office Practice, and managing the KLS business development team.
Prior to joining SVB Private, she served as Vice President, Head of Sales, and Executive Committee member at Mosaic Research Management in New York, an institutional primary research and alternative data provider. In this role, she oversaw all sales, account management, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives for the firm. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Sales at EVA Dimensions (now a division of Institutional Shareholder Services), an independent equity research firm. Ms. Spear began her career in the Private Client Services division of Bear Stearns and received a Bachelor of Science in Speech from Emerson College.
