Effective June 30, 2023, Popmoney® will be discontinuing their person-to-person payment services nationwide. If you use Popmoney, please review the following information.
How this change may impact your account

Person-to-person payments via Popmoney will not be processed after 3PM PT/6PM ET June 30, 2023.

Recurring or future dated person-to-person payments via Popmoney will not be processed after 3PM PT/6PM ET June 30, 2023.

Payment history can be accessed either on your account statement or within the Online/Mobile app via account history.
Prepare for change
We recommend:

Cancelling all recurring or future-dated payments via Popmoney that are scheduled to occur after June 30, 2023, by selecting each transaction under the Scheduled Payment heading under the Activity tab.

Make alternate arrangements for all future dated and recurring person-to-person payments.

Review your Popmoney recipients under the Contacts tab. Consider adding these recipients to your phone contacts so they’re available for other person-to-person payment services you may use in the future.
To send a payment after June 30, 2023, you may use:

Bill Pay - Submit single or recurring payments (Schedule payment approximately 5 business days prior to the due date). Click here for steps to submit a bill payment.

Wire Services – Submit one-time wire payment (Domestic wire cut-off time: 1:30PM PT/4:30PM ET each business day). Click here for steps to submit a domestic wire payment.
