RDC scanner refresh required

Due to an issue with the Remote Deposit Capture system on 2/9, all scanning devices require a service refresh. This requires that you follow these instructions for updating the service on the computer that the scanner is connected to. The process will take 3-5 minutes for each workstation.

Until the service is refreshed, you will not be able to scan any new items.
