Register My Credit Card
Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) Online Banking allows you to access and manage your SVB MasterCard® Account.
To get started, you will first need to register your card in SVB Online Banking and create a unique User ID and Password.
UK Card Registration
SVB Online Banking allows you to register your SVB Card to view information about your Card.
How you access Card Registration is based on if you are an existing or new Online Banking User. Completing Card Registration is the same for all Users.
Use the instructions below to register your SVB Credit Card within SVB Online Banking. After registering your Card, you will have the option to activate your Card and register for SVB Card Alerts.
Access Card Registration – Existing Online Banking Users
Complete the following steps to access Card Registration if you have previously logged in to SVB Online Banking. You can access Card Registration two ways:
- Go to https://www.svbconnect.com
- Log in to Online Banking using your User ID and Password.
- Click Register My Card from your SVB Online Banking homepage.
Access Card Registration – New Online Banking Users
Complete the following steps to access Card Registration if you haven’t previously logged in to SVB Online Banking:
- Go to https://www.svbconnect.com
- Click Register Now under ‘Access Services Online’.
Complete Card Registration
After accessing Card Registration, complete the following steps to register your Card:
- Enter your Card Information.
- Enter your Cardholder Information and add your Email Address. Verify this is correct. Email is used for password resets and other Card related correspondence.
- Click Next.
- Create a User ID (New Users Only).
- Enter a Card Nickname. This will be useful to easily identify your accounts, when you start adding additional Cards to your profile.
- Click Register Card. This will prompt you to authenticate. For more information, see the Introduction page. You will receive an auto-generated email containing your temporary password and additional instructions.
- A confirmation screen will verify that your Card Registration is complete.
