Non-Standard Custom Period Examples
Below are a few examples to help you create non-standard Custom Periods.
| EXAMPLE | CUSTOM PERIOD DETAILS |
|---|---|
| 1 |
If you are doing business in Israel, a standard work week is Sunday through Thursday. The United States standard period 'Week to Current Day' would not fit. You could create an 'Israeli Work Week' custom period one of two different ways: Period Type = Day of Week
|
|
2 |
In Saudi Arabia, the standard work week is Saturday through Wednesday; thus, a custom "Saudi Work Week" can be created selecting: Period Type = Day of Week
|
|
3 |
If your manager likes to look at data from mid-to the end-of-month you can create a customized period for the second half of the month. A 'Mid-to-End of Month' period could be created by selecting: Period Type = Day of Month
