John Peck

John has been as SVB for almost 20 years and has held a variety of positions over the years that included relationship management roles on our Boston-based Communications and SFD teams, including our initial efforts to build a loan portfolio in eastern Canada.

For the past ten years, John has held a variety of SCO assignments that spanned all of the relationship teams and offices in the Eastern US. Most recently, John has been doing double duty as the SCO for all biopharma, diagnostics, and tools companies worldwide, as well as supporting the accelerator and growth stage technology lending effort in the UK and Israel.

He now heads the SVB Germany Branch, alongside Oscar Jazdowski. John is a senior credit officer and is focused on risk and compliance.
