Document Repository
Managing Documents Just Got Easier!

Maintenance
Keeping CapMx Running Smoothly
CapMx enables users to do their jobs with more ease, more efficiency, and with more pleasure than before. The Summer 2011 maintenance items highlight our focus and commitment to improving user satisfaction and increasing efficiency. Notable maintenance items include improved mailing labels, enhanced notes fields, and new and improved error messages.
Mailing Labels
Mailing labels have been upgraded to fix presentation format in the exported Word document such that the labels will now appear in First Name/Last Name order, which corrects the current order of Last Name, First Name.
Notes Fields
Notes field screens in CapMx are now modifiable at all times, even after the security has been exercised/ converted/cancelled, or the holder has terminated.
New System Generated Alert!
CapMx no longer permits the issuance of options (ISO and NSO) or SPRs to terminated individuals. A system generated alert will prompt users to create a second account record and will refer users to Online Help for more details.
Improved Error Messages and Warnings
System error messages and alerts have been revised to be
more accurate and easier to understand.
