Vera Shokina

Vera leads the Startup Banking portfolio management team at Silicon Valley Bank. Responsible for commercial banking teams nationwide, Vera oversees a portfolio of startups that includes enterprise software, consumer internet, Web3/crypto, biopharma, diagnostics, medical devices, and healthtech companies. Vera also manages a large portfolio of international technology and venture capital clients in the UK, Israel, Latin America, India, Asia, Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand.

Prior to joining SVB, Vera was a partner and COO of Runa Capital, a $250 million venture capital fund, where she was responsible for all finance, legal, operations, and investor relations functions.
