Sanjay H. Mody

Sanjay H. Mody is head of global transaction banking and client advisory services for Silicon Valley Bank, a member company of SVB Financial Group. In this role, Mody is responsible for providing integrated working capital management solutions that enable SVB’s clients to achieve their strategic treasury goals globally. His team’s responsibilities include global treasury solutions strategy and development, foreign exchange trading and operations, global product implementations, and multi-currency account services.

Prior to joining SVB, Mody was a senior executive at Bank of America and JP Morgan. In those roles, Mody was responsible for cash management and trade finance product operations and client services for corporate, government and financial institution clients worldwide, leading teams in key locations around the globe.

Mody earned his Master in Business Administration degree in finance from National University in San Diego. He is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School of the University of Washington in Seattle. He holds bachelor’s degrees in statistics, economics and law from the University of Bombay, India. Mody is a Certified Cash Manager with the Association of Finance Professionals. Mody is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and has championed numerous Green and Black Belt projects.
